So who needs training ? I think it’s fair to say that if we deal in technology on a regular basis whether it be software or hardware, trends do change and at that point there is usually a call for some kind of ‘skills update’ – I certainly found this to be true when working on this site - skills and techniques that I learned only 18 months ago were fast becoming obsolete. Luckily for us a lot of these ‘changes’ can be easily surmounted if you have a good understanding of the present technology and usually doesn’t take too long to grasp the new concepts.
